Website terms

Website terms

These terms apply to your use of the Legum Lex website. The client portal and legal services are provided by Nyay & Co. on its own terms.

General information only

This website describes Legum Lex and the software it develops. It is general information, not legal advice. Reading it, or writing to Legum Lex, does not create a lawyer–client relationship with anyone. If you need legal advice, contact Nyay & Co. or another lawyer.

Examples and status labels

Screens and records shown on this site are synthetic examples, labelled as such. Capabilities marked “in development” or “planned for pilot” are not available, and their final form may differ from the description here.

Content

The text, design and graphics of this website belong to Legum Lex. You may quote or link to it with attribution; please do not copy it wholesale.

Counsel profiles

The profiles of advocates and counsel on this website are published by Nyay & Co. about its own counsel, and their content belongs to Nyay & Co. and the counsel described. They state who the counsel are, where they appear and what they practise, as the Bar Council of India’s rules permit; they are not an invitation to instruct anyone, and they say nothing about the outcome of any matter. Legum Lex provides the software that shows them.

Links

Links to other websites, including Nyay & Co.’s, are provided for convenience. Those websites are run by others and have their own terms.

Accuracy

We try to keep this website accurate and current, and we correct errors when we find them. If you see one, please tell us at info@legumlex.com.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
