  • Ready for investorsThe pitch, the financial projections and the papers an investor asks to see, put together before the first meeting.
  • Introductions to investorsWhen the company is ready, an introduction to angel and early-stage investors Legum Lex works with.
  • Seed fund and schemesThe Startup India Seed Fund through an incubator, and proposals to banks and government schemes, with the project reports they need.
  • Startup India recognitionThe DPIIT docket that most schemes ask for first: the innovation note, the declarations and the application.
  • Incorporation and foundersA private limited company or an LLP, and the founders’ agreement that settles who owns what before an investor asks.
  • Trademarks and contractsYour name and mark protected, and the client, vendor and employment papers a growing company signs.

  • Drafts approved by you before they go
  • Where each application stands, recorded
