For Indians abroad · The client portal

A case back home, followed from where you live.

Distance should not mean silence. Follow your case in Punjab, Haryana or Chandigarh from Toronto, London or Melbourne: the next date, each order and every paper in one place, without waiting on relatives or on calls across time zones.

Why it matters

Far from the court. Close to the case.

Most families abroad hear about their case second-hand, late, and in pieces. The portal gives you the case itself.

  • Calls at odd hours to catch the chamberAn email after each hearing, read in your own time.
  • News of your case through relativesYour case, directly, with no one in between.
  • Orders you never get to readEach order with the hearing it came from, ready to download wherever you are.
  • A property, an estate and a case, all in different handsEvery matter in one list, each with its next date.

The client portal

Your case, a click away, not a flight away.

What you see when you sign in, from anywhere. It opens in the browser on your phone or laptop.

  • Advocates on video

My cases

Every matter back home, one list.

A property dispute, a parent’s estate, a case in court: each with its court, your side and its next date, and an email when a date is recorded.

  • Next dates for every matter at a glance
  • Coming hearings, nearest first
  • An email when a next date is recorded

One case

The whole story of a case, in order.

Every hearing with its date and purpose, the order passed at it, and the papers filed. For a case linked to eCourts by its CNR, the dates are checked against the court’s own record.

  • Orders kept with their hearing
  • Papers to download, wherever you are
  • Dates checked against eCourts

The digital office

An advocate on a video call, without the flight.

When you need advice, see which advocates are sitting, join the queue with a short brief, and talk on Google Meet once you are accepted.

Questions

Asked often, answered plainly.

Do I have to come to India?

Usually not. A power of attorney lets someone act for you, courts can excuse your presence on routine dates, and your own evidence can often be given by video.

Do I need to install anything?

No. The portal opens in the browser on any phone, tablet or laptop, and you sign in with your email or your Google account.

What time are dates shown in?

In Indian time, as the court sets them.

Who can see my case?

You and the advocates on it. What appears in your portal is what the advocates record and share with you.

What does it cost?

The fee is agreed with the advocates when they take your matter.

The portal shows what the advocates record and share. Advice on your case comes from them.
