Lex Intelligence
It reads the agreement. You check it. The register keeps it.
Upload a signed agreement and Lex Intelligence reads it into your register: every value pre-filled beside the words it came from. Nothing is set until you check it and save, and from then on its dates are kept for you. It reads; it does not advise.
- PDF or DOCX, a scan is fine
- Every value beside its clause
- Nothing set until you save
- Reminders by email to the owner

From a signed copy to a checked record.
The agreement is read as soon as it arrives, and the register’s five questions are filled in for you: which agreement it is, who it is with, how long it runs and what happens at the end, the money and who owns it, and where it stands. Each answer sits beside the clause it came from, a value worth a second look is marked, and the deadline it makes is spelt out before you save.
- Each value shown with the words it came from
- What you have typed is never overwritten
- The notice deadline worked out before you save
The register
Every agreement, and what it asks of you.
Each agreement shows when it ends and the date by which notice must be served. An agreement still to be checked, without a signed copy, or with its notice window close is marked, and Coming up lists what is overdue and what falls due in the next thirty days.
- When each agreement ends, and the notice-by date
- Missing signed copies and unread files marked
- Coming up: overdue first, then the next thirty days
Deadlines
Reminded before it is due, asked when it ends.
Each deadline is emailed to the agreement’s owner on a ladder of days before it, and is closed out with a note when it is done. When an agreement reaches its end, the register asks what happened: ended, replaced, extended or carrying on, and your advocate sees the answer.
- Reminder ladders sixty, thirty, fourteen, seven and one day ahead
- Deadlines closed out with a note
- At the end of the term, your advocate is kept in the loop
